What Will Be Deleted

  • All event data (created and joined events)
  • Profile information (name, avatar, etc.)
  • Payment history and receipts
  • App settings and customizations
  • Subscription information (if using premium plan)

Warning: Data cannot be recovered after deletion. Please export any necessary data before proceeding.

Delete from the App Recommended

  1. Open the Nowa app
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right
  3. Go to "Account" → "Delete Account"
  4. Select deletion reason (optional)
  5. Tap the "Delete" button
  6. Confirm deletion in the dialog

※ Your account and all data will be deleted immediately

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.

Required Information:
To identify your account, we need your UID (User ID).
You can find your UID:
  • In the app settings → Account information
  • On the app's splash screen (displayed at the bottom)
  1. Find your UID in the app
  2. Click the button below to create an email
  3. Include your UID in the email body and send
  4. Wait for deletion confirmation (within 30 days)

Before You Delete

  • Premium subscription: Please cancel auto-renewal before deletion. You can continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
  • Shared events: This may affect other participants. Please arrange handover if necessary.
  • Data export: Use the CSV export feature to backup any necessary data before deletion.

Processing Time

In-app deletion: Immediate
Email request: Within 30 days (typically 3 business days)
